Aconite Napellus :
It is a common polycrast when a disease appear suddenly and severly. The patient ailments from(causes of disease)  fear. They have high color, black or brown hair. Aconite persons experiences high fevers, they have dry, hot skin, redness of the cheeks.They show extreme restlesness, fear and anxiety. Have tearing pain and worsed by night and touch. Dilirium of death . sometimes say "i would die next day'. 
The throat is dry, red, constricted, numb, pricking , burning and stinging. Tonsils swollen and dry.
Anacardium Orientalis: 
Anacardium ori is effective for Rheumatic fever with stitching pain in heart region which may passing in to the lumber region palpitation and uneasiness in heart region. Stomatitis worsed by fasting and amel by eating food.

Arsenicum Album:
The patients of Arsenic shows both physically and mentally restlessness because of disease suffering.there is great anxiety and fear of death and disappointment tendencies to cure. the mouth and tongue were dry with night sweating. the patients is craved for small quantity of water at short interval.the throat swollen .worse at midnight at 1-2am .
Arnica Mont:
The patients have great fear of being touched or approached. Bed feel too hard. Sometimes patients have history of being injuried. 
There is stitching pain in the heart region . weak heart mudcule.

Aurum Metalicum : 
your patient will come to you have black hair and dark eyes and olive brown complexion. she feels febrile chill(Fever) all over the body at evening . She feels leg pain at night.
Sensation of being stopped breathing for two or three sec. violent palpitation. 
The patient desire to own a lots of gold, lascivious, snobbery high society women. tendencies of suicide .
